The Ei174 is an additional vibration pillow pad designed for use in conjunction with the Ei175 and Ei176 smoke alarm systems for the deaf and hard of hearing. When the Ei175 or Ei176 smoke alarm is triggered, the Ei174 vibrating pillow pad also activates to awaken the occupant.
