Returns & cancellation of orders

Please note: Very Important: No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Midwest Electrical Wholesale. If you intend to return any product or order to Midwest Electrical Wholesale you must first contact us to let us know you are doing so. When we give you the go ahead please download a returns form, print and return it with your shipment back to us.

Packaging: Customer must take care to securely package all goods. The returns form will enable prompt processing of your returns. (Failure to include the returns form may result in the rejection of your return). Customer is responsible for returning products to Midwest Electrical Wholesale at the Customer's risk and expense. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance and keep a record of proof of posting.
If you receive a product from us and it doesn't fit etc. then you are more than welcome to return this to us following the steps above. Once received we will ship you the correct size for a shipping fee of €10.00 inc. VAT.

Unwanted Goods
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Midwest Electrical Wholesale and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, within 7 days of receipt of goods, This is only applicable if goods remain in a "as new" and unused condition including all parts and packaging remain in tact. All unwanted returns will subject to a handling / restocking charge of 25%. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.

Special orders
Non standard stock items or Special orders (including spare/replacement parts) cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. Standard stock orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.

Ownership of Goods
Any product(s) returned to Midwest Electrical Wholesale shall become the property of Midwest Electrical Wholesale. If Midwest Electrical Wholesale determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, Midwest Electrical Wholesale reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts. Midwest Electrical Wholesale will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.

NB: The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
